Access
Select System Administration from the user menu and then Manage Translations (under the System Administration section) to get access to the functionality.

Functionality
Manage Translations feature can be used to add/change translations within the application.
Translations Manager can be used to export all existing translations into .xls format and import corrected data in the .xls or .xlsx formats.
Export Translations
To export all existing translations into .xls format, you have to choose Source and Target languages from the drop-down lists and click Export.
After the Translations Export you can edit resulting file to add/change current translations.
The exported file contains the following columns:
- Original Value
- Source language ID
- Target language ID
- Commentary: containing the key and module, where the translation is used
Do not change the data in Original Value and Commentary columns, otherwise the translations may be imported incorrectly.
Import Translations
To import translations you have to upload file of .xls or .xlsx format and click Import.
The imported file should not contain duplicated source entries, otherwise they will be skipped.
In case the imported file has translations with duplicated original values, you will be asked to remove the duplicates. The list of such duplicated entries is provided.
Reload Translations
Click Reload translations to refresh translations data.
