Access
To access Value Mappings, select Master Data from the main menu and then Value Mappings (in Value Mappings section).

Functionality
An item can have different interpretations, depending on the context in which it is used. The value mapping function maps different interpretations of an item to each other.
See the Basic Actions page for more info on standard actions (search, sort, edit, delete etc.).
Create Value Mapping
Click the Create button to create a new Value Mapping item. This opens the Value Mapping editor.
Enter Key (mandatory) and Description details on the General tab. Click the Save button to save details. The Value Mapping Items tab will be available.
On the Value Mapping Items tab click the Create button to create a new entry. In the appeared Create Value Mapping Item window enter Value Mapping, Source Value and Target Value details (all fields are mandatory) and click the Save button.
Click the Cancel button to cancel and return to the search page.
Edit Items
Click Edit Items to go to the Value Mapping Items page and manage the items that belong to the relevant Value Mapping.
